Venom not immune to vision’s power burn specials?

I thought he was immune to all of vision’s power burn specials , but it seems he is immune only to dmg form vision’s special attack 1 and 2, venom takes damage from vision third special attack. Is that intended?
Because there is nothing different in the description of the special abilities of vision, so I wonder why it’s different?

Vision's L3 has a physical aspect to it. The first 2 specials have damage that come exclusively from burning power. The L3 has it's own damage rating associated with it separate from the Power Burn element.

The s3 has normal damage then after the animation the power burn damage, he’s immune to the others when he has his klyntar buff

Ye I know he is immune to the others, why is the description of vision third sp3 attack not specify this physical aspect? Even the animation doesn’t show any physical contact between champions? When is the immune triggered? If at all?
