Weird slow motion bug

Started the fight against electro in the master mode event quest as it started everything slowed down at first I thought it was just a little lag spike then the game stayed like that and didn't lag at all it just slowed down. It didn't fix until I died and loaded into the fight again. Idk if this was lag or an actual bug
