I know they are both great options but I don't know which one I should use the awakening gem on.

    I know I’m in the minority here, but I really like Warlock’s sig. Mine is at 200 and while not deadly, it’s useful in fights where you need to be defensive. You usually want to play aggressive with Warlock, but the sig ability gives you the option to play somewhat effectively while not in certain matchups.
