Hello everyone, a few days ago I had problems with my Internet provider and it prevented me from claiming my calendar prizes.
Is there any way to recover them or am I already resigned to losing them?
I think I lost the last 3 days, including the grade 2 alpha catalyst.

    Unfortunately you've lost them. As much as your situation is understandable, anyone could just claim such an issue when in reality they just didn't bother, or forgot, so I doubt that Kabam would do anything if you raised a support ticket.

    Unfortunately this isn't something we can assist with. I'm sorry to hear you ran into provider issues, but we won't be able to reimburse those days.
