Summoners who purchased this offer have been temporarily locked out of the Contest to Clawback any Catalysts bought/used while active, and ensure previously owned resources remain intact.
They will be unlocked once this process is complete, and no further action will be taken on their Accounts - along with a compensation package to those affected for the inconvenience.
Doing this allows us to bring the Game back up for everyone else.
We've removed the affected offer so we can decide later whether or not to bring it back after it's been fixed.

Unable to use 5* rank up gem!

So I have had a r3 to r4 mutant 5* rank up gem sitting in my inventory for some time. I was going to use it on colossus but as I was close to exploring the first map of Variant 2 I decided to wait to see what rank up gem I got from that.
Well I completed it the other day and low and behold I got another 5* mutant r3 to r4 rank up gem, only this one is for 2015 champs only.
As level up is now running I decided to use it on colossus (so glad I didn’t use the generic one on him!) but when I go to rank him up with the gem the game only gives me the option to use the generic and NOT the 2015 one I have.
Is this a bug or am I missing something or should this post be in the suggestions section?
I would rather save the generic for the likes of OR, Namor, sunspot etc for when/if I drop them. I already have a ranked domino, havoc and iceman.
