Adding rank up resources to champs individually

I'd love to be able to use my rank up resources as and when I have them available, rather than having some expiring in the stash while I'm working on gaining others.

For example, I've been sitting on a full inventory of T4 skill catalysts with 3 now in overflow, while I'm working away at getting the necessary T5B catalysts to rank up my next champ. If I could put individual resources towards rank ups earlier, there would be much less wastage from expiring resources

I could get behind that idea.

Different perspective rather than the usual "let us sell t4cc" or "expand inventory limits"

They just need to have an alternative to the 3-for-1 trade, which is only a random class of one of the other classes.

I think at this point I'd be okay with like 1% of a t5cc for selling t4cc. Still better than expiring.
