Can’t place AW defense?!

I joined my alliance on Tuesday and we enlisted for war on Wednesday but yet I can’t place my AW defense! It says I joined too late which is untrue. There is obviously a bug but this needs to be fixed immediately as we are running out of time to place. I’ve sent a ticket in and provided all the info needed. Please help!
