Elsa bloodstone question

I've just started using her and learning her worth. Her bloodgem protection says it will purify non damaging debuffs every 2.6 seconds. Shouldn't this work for things like weakness, fatigue or Voids debuffs? Maybe I'm missing something because it doesn't seem to do anything against Void. Wouldn't be the first time I misunderstood a champs description. Thanks

    Does it take 2.6 seconds to purify or instantly purify then won't purify another 2.6? It's not working as I expected. Thanks for the input.

    Purify instantly then have 2.6 s of cooldown

    Thanks for the replies. I'm just not seeing it happen as expected. I'll have to do more testing and record some video. Just not happening.
