Cancelling the Alliance War War rating Points earned for the cancelled match

Hi Kabam, We have earned + 48 War rating points for our victory in alliance war which now puts us in the tier 5 bracket. We can’t 100% in the tier 5 bracket so we always lose as we are not strong enough as an alliance, therefore you are replacing our valuable win with a minimum two game loss as we are now stuck in tier 5 for two matches. If you are cancelling the points for our win you must also cancel our war rating points else we like the guys who couldn’t complete will have lost out.This is also an unfair situation.

    They should cancel your war rating earned for the bugged match and also frozen war rating and war tier earned for any successfully matched up alliances. It's becoming a mess if they don't. I can see it now. Pls god it's so easy to understand but Kabam employers just don't.

    Hello. Just to be clear. What's the war that is going to be cancel? The war with placement 5/3 and attack phase between 5-6/3 or the one with the placement starting between 6-7/3?
