No Better heroes from crystals

I have teacher level 40 in marvel coc...Al though its a nice game..But after teaching high level i t seema like I'm getting less powerfull heroes ...And that's rally sucks...I'm on act 4 and i need either upgrade my 4 stars or new powerfull super heroes from premium or other crystal..But kabam dienst think that i deserve that

    Hey there! I can appreciate that not getting a desired drop can be disappointing, though the drops themselves are random.
