Namor (and Cull) Sellback question

Just got Namor back from the balance change, even found out that I had duped him, but once I start to rank him back up to 5, I find out that I don't have any T3 Mutant Cats?
Currently grinding it out cause today is thankfully Monday, but I didn' know if this is intended, an accident or what.

    Well, here I am at rank 5, without any ISO, somehow I don't know what I did, I made sure to use the mutant ISO that I had already, but I still drained my ISO stacks entirely. Kinda makes me unhappy that I won't even be able to get him to max level after selling him.
