Login help

Ok so my phone went swimming and I had to get a new one. Opened CoC and tapped login, and it took me to the tutorial. I deleted the game and redownloaded it. I took me right back to tutorial. So if I play the tutorial long enough to the settings bar to try logging into my kabam account is it going to override my account with the tutorial that I had to play through?

I think I ran into that too. I think the way I fixed it was I made sure to login to my gamecenter account then open mcoc and it accessed my account.

I should also mention I went from android to iPhone.
