Feels like this guy is severely underpowered compared to other champs... Is this guy working as intended? Feels like he should have some sort of degen with his powers or something else..... Please Respond...

    Also why wouldn't Galactus himself be included in his SP3 instead of some random star/sun that blows up (which btw should give off some ridiculous incinirate/ degeneration damage in the very least)?.. Whatever the case, even his sp3 should be buffed to Havok-like levels.... I'm trying to understand why SS seems so gimped... was this done on purpose? Even with all his buffs active he's sil not hitting nearly as hard as top tier characters - and he SHOULD be a top tier character... he's an ok character, but he should undoubtedly be much better based on the character and his history... Please give some feedback Kabam - While I'm at it, when is the hulk buster buff coming... that's another character that needs justice done to him... also Phoenix?.....
