Hood Vs Rogue - Power Gain Bug

I don't know if this is happening due to the general "power drain/steal bug", but this happened to me in the arena.
I'm using Hood against Rogue. She in under 1 bar of power. My invisibility was in cooldown, so I had the power steal ability activated.
Then I use Hood sp2, and Rogue (which is under 1 bar of power) gets power from nowhere, and fills sp3 before the animation of my sp2 ended.

    Yeah it's associated with the power burn/steal bug. How they smashed power burn and power steal is beyond my comprehension.

    Maybe we should all put our heads together and find a way to make an exploit out of this... It'll be fixed within the evening.
