Ridiculous.
I'm trying to tie my account to an email address.
They need to verify my account and ask me the same 5 questions.
What was your OG name?
When did you create your account?
What was your first two purchases?
What state did you make your account in?
What was the OG email?
I downloaded the game 5 years ago driving down on spring break. I know it was somewhere on the east coast and I have no email associated with the account (you never needed it initially). I get the same automated message saying my info was wrong and that they closed the ticket.
I can provide thousands of $$ in receipts (not the first one as I was under my moms iTunes account), I can provide my first champions to hit various ranks throughout progression, but none of that maters and tickets keep getting closed.
Any advice?
