Heimdall synergy doesn't work out

So my friend play with thing, and when reach 1% heimdall synergy doesnt work out. Why this is happening? Is it bug?

    Proving zero details will get you very little help. I’ve used Heimdall synergy with no problem at all. Perhaps you’re fighting vs a node that removes buffs (buffet, pilfered, etc...)

    Pretty sure for the thing synergy team you have to choose your team a specific way or every one of the cheat death synergies activates at the same time

    Worked for me when I used Thing against GM. Actually used Champion as well and both synergies worked. I placed Thing, Champion, Heimdall, DD and NF in that order; Champion synergy executed...followed by the Heimdall synergy...no problems. If you provide more detail, the group may be able to assist.
