In-game mail about War

We just received this mail, if I'm reading this correctly they're only sorting out the ratings from the shortened war. I thought they also said the next war didn't count as alliance's, mine included, were unable to enlist costing us significantly more points than the shortened war.

Can we get clarification on this?



As the above image shows there's a 4 day gap between wars which put us at a disadvantage due to the glitch which I have been reassuring my alliance members would get sorted out?
