Anyone got any Predictions on the Cutoffs for the 5 Star yet?

I'm tempted to go for him seeing as I have 2 5 Star Tech Awakening Gems, 88 5 Star Tech Sig Stones, along with 64 5 Star Generic Sig Stones, and a Rank 3-4 2016 Tech Gem...

    Looks like the last time he was in the Featured, Round 1 was about 28m and everyone said Round 2 would go for 30m though I can't find the actual Cutoffs for the Round 2. This was 2 Years ago though
