5* Rank up focus for act 5

Hey everyone. Currently looking at who I should up to my first 5* rank 5. I have Magik, Thing and Venom. I also have a lot of other 5* I could upgrade and a science awakening gem. I am uncollected but havent done any more of act 5. I can do monthly uncollected pretty well and 100% first two chapters. I'm looking to complete act 5 next and wondering who should I focus on next.

    If omega is over sig 100 I’d go for him, if not either sparky or venom, both are great for act 5 so go for who you prefer between those

    He's at like 80. I like SS too but with my blade but he's only 4* max.
