Weapon X Gamplay Disappointment
Weapon X's gameplay has been shown, after years of wanting this Champion, when he's finally in the game, even as a trophy champion...his animations are copy pasted?
He's copy pasted Wolverine. His light and medium attacks are the same as Wolverine's Basic and Boring punching and kicking animations. All his specials are the exact same. The only animation changed is his hard attack. Which is Old Man Logans Hard attack.
Weapon X is deranged. An unhinged monster, lost his mind, out to kill everything. Yet he fights like a normal person in mcoc?
Recycling animations from venom and sabertooth would have been perfect. A new 3rd special similar to sabertooth's or X-23's special would have been perfect as well. Even his 3rd special name and description is different, yet the actual animation is the same one as Wolverine's and Old Man Logans.
Many Champions before had new Animations given to them. Iron fist and doctor strange had very basic boring animations. Almost all the large Champions had the same light, medium and hard attacks. Colossus just got revamped and some of his attack animations are now changed for the better.
Weapon X just seems so lackluster and disappointing.
