Human Torch Pre-Fight

Why does it disappear after I die in a fight ?
Im fighting act 6.4.3 DarkHawk

Did you use it? It only has one charge and if you activate it, you can't activate again unless you have the awakened ability which gives him an x% chance per fight to regain the charge

Only one per Fight. Unless Awakened. Which is why I'm glad I used my Gem. Any chance to gain more is useful in my books.

It only activates in one fight if unawakened surely but i dont think you understood the question. Why if you activate prefight ability and die it isnt there to revive and try again in act6 (for example) but if you die in AW it is still there to revive and fight again ?
