Civil War Factions part two?

The Mutant/Mystic faction thing seems very similar to the team cap and team iron man factions that we had for the Civil War event way back when, but I noticed they won't let you do everything, as the first two quests lock as you gain the opportunity to change factions. So I have a couple questions more geared toward Kabam since I didn't see a comment-able post yet
1. Will the rewards be the same in weeks 1-2 as in weeks 3-4, thus necessitating strategy as to which week you want better rewards from?
2. They mentioned there are faction solo objectives, and that they change if you switch factions. Will it be possible to do all of one faction's objectives and then switch to do the other, or will they be directly tied to say the weekly quests or something to where not switching can be just as ideal as remaining in one faction throughout the month?
