Nick fury Bug with new update

So I discovered a bug with Nick Fury in the new update. When you are fighting against him, and you destroy his decoy, he seems to get a momentary unstoppable as he is able to start blocking in the middle of a combo. It's may be tied to his debuff/stun shrugging ability but I'm not sure all I know is it has happened every time Ive fought him the past month and I swear this never used to happen.
