Unit Offers Pop-up Verification Need

I'm convinced Kabam purposely pops up the unit offers in the same location as things like next fight, upgrade champions and opening crystals. Yesterday when going to click the screen a 1000 unit offer popped up and I hit it before I even had time to read it. There is no verification so it's not like "are you sure?". Contacting support I expected to have something helpful. The reply basically asked for a bunch of info. I honestly need less verification of an account to access my credit cards. I'm trying to get what I can but really, can it be that hard to code in a verification of unit spending on the pop up? I do coding and this is a simple IFTTT. Has anyone else had this problem?

Update. It took some digging, but once I got the information to the next of my abilities, Kabam was able to help me trafficked the issue. I still think the deals need a verification or a way to turn them off from popping up, but thank you for fixing my issue. I'm glad Kabam tried to help where it can.

I would definitely appreciate a simple "are you sure?" when clicking on the unit offers.

Agree. I’ve bought one by mistake as well, support did reverse the purchase, but it was a hassle I never want to repeat.

How I could access my old info through iTunes. What a waste of time
