ROL WS - No Level 3 Health Potions

I’m literally flipping a coin on the ROL Winter Soldier level 3 health potion reward after winning the fight. I’m hardly getting the potion after the fight. What’s the deal? The reward is a part of the game. Everyone farms here.... that’s a fact. I hope we’re not changing the game...

    It’s been 50% or lower for me.

    I’ve seen no potion and I’ve also seen one level 3 AND a level 3 team potion together.

    I did all of RoL today and received only 7 of 11. I know it's always been by chance, but it does feel lighter.

    It’s way lighter. Honestly today I’m like 9 for 30. Just went in and did the first two fights just a second ago... zero potions.
