Need help for Act 5.3.6

I am about to do 5.3.6 and I have 3 champions that I am thinking about taking up to r5. They’re all 4*. SW awakened, Star lord awakened or symbiote supreme. I normally take Star lord with me for aegon syn. Also I have a r2 5* Iron man Infinity that I could take to r3 but I am not good with him. Which should I do?
