Aw Season rewards no being sent to my account

My entire alliance has received the season rewards except me, I’ve been in the alliance for 3-4 weeks now so should of had season rewards. Anyone else had this issue?

    Being in alliance for 3-4 weeks doesn't matter, you have to play minimum of 5 alliance wars to get aw rewards

    I had played in 6 wars

    Even i haven't received the rewards
