Looking for active players to join Alliance.

I'm really needing some players for an alliance that my and my friend are in, its only me and him and I'm lvl 29, he's lvl 31.
We need more players to do alliance wars, finish more alliance quests, etc..
Looking for anyone (but we aren't the best alliance) it was only made 3 days ago.
