so, they should waste more time and resources contacting you first to check what you think they should take back from you for cheating in the first place? What, if when they contact you, you disagree with what their system shows you actually received? When getting the unfair advantage items I bet didn't contact then to check if it was OK that you had them? Why not? Following your logic you should have. So why is it different when you are the one being taken advantage of?

If you've already sent in one ticket to our Support Team, then you should have received a reply back stating that it was received. If you haven't, then please check your spam folder as some ISPs may accidentally mark these replies incorrectly.
