Next tech rank up?

Trying to decide between Sentinel, Doc Oc, and Darkhawk (currently leaning in that order), but I don’t have a ton of experience with any of these champs. Already have sparky and ghost maxed out so they tend to be my go to’s for tech. Currently working on fully exploring V3 (hence the Sentinel lean) and then 6.2. Would appreciate input from the community. Leave your thoughts as to why one is better than the other (I’ve read the recent discussions on all 3 so I know there are lots of opinions out there). Thanks!
