Given how random the RNG works I'm sure many of us are suffering from an irrational distribution. For instance I have 0 mutant t4cc but 14 mystics, 11 tech, 12 skill and 10 cosmic t4cc's. It's totally skewed and exchanging 3 for 1 seems like a very unfair deal
Shouldn't there be a one against one exchange offer (even as a temporary / one-time exercise)? Atleast for a limited number... say up to a max of 5 t4cc's if not more?
