SP1 Or SP2 retaliate while block hit bug ? Or it's normal ?

Since the last update, every now and then, when the opponents have a special ready, they can retaliate with that special, while you hit them in the block.
Now, to be honest, I'm not sure if this is a bug, but I just can't remember being like that in the past, or before this month update. This happens every now and then, for example in 10 minutes it only happened twice, while in other cases it happened 3 times in 2 minutes or so.

Right, so I've done this topic a few days ago, didn't got any answers and forgot about it until today when I was in Variant3. This bug is happening over and over again. And not only when they have a special ready, but they can also swipe back and escape while you hit them in the block. More than that, if they are in the corner they will retaliate.
KABAM, can you please look into this ? I've provided videos, and I'm sure it's not that hard to go into variant3 and do a 10 minute test!

My personal opinion is that they are messing with the timings. And that's why these 'bugs' appear, where the opponents can escape mid combo. Also you can parry while the AI attacks you, in the mid combo, which was never possible before.
Parry as well doesn't feel as it used to.. I could do 10/10 before, but now I have to tap the screen a bit faster/earlier, and it has to be quite perfect, or else it would result in a block hit, instead of parry.
