About the Story of MCOC

Hi everybody,
At the end of Act 4, when Maestro was defeated, we can seen Thanos take an Infinity Stone. We seen this too when we defeated Dormmamu in his event quest with the Dr Strange take an Infinity Stone. My question is :
Did Thanos will be the Final Boss of MCOC? Because we already know than in Avengers 3 movie he is the Big Bad and did he will have the six Stone ? I know than Kabam member's can't respond... but let's talk !!
