Heimdall bug?

So i back to variant 1 after completed act 6. and bring heimdall in my team . but sometime he gives me the indestrucable randomly at whatever %hp i have not at the 1% like normal. and sometimes he's not even give me help too, i just die like i don't have him in my team.
