Regarding Assassin mastery

Whenever opponent's health goes below 18% assassin mastery kicks in and attack increases but what happens when the opponent heals back to above 18% like in the case of phoenix or Ironman family where their arc overload starts at 20% in the same fight.

I believe assassin turns off if they heal above 18%
