I just finished act 4, what I suppose to do with this?

    I don’t even use him duped honestly. Hulk, ghost rider, sym, Hyperion, and venom should get you uncollected. Although you need to rank them up before fighting collector or it’s gonna be a pain. Invisible woman may even help a little if you are good with her.

    His dupe isn't essential, but the Killmonger synergy is. Regardless, you really don't need 5* Champions to get Uncollected. Get at least 4 4* Champions up to 4/40.

    Ghost Rider, Symbiote Supreme, Hyperion, Venom, Invisible Woman, Doctor Voodoo, Hawkeye. All are viable options to get Uncollected.

    Grind until your roster includes Unit Man. Fat Wallet, even unduped, is a big help. Fat Wallet and Unit Man have the best synergy in the game.
