Annoyed that I didn't get a chance to choose for Baron's war

I had the screen active to choose Apocalypse for Baron's war, but before I can click, the emergency maintenance occurred. When the game went back up, the system chose the Ancient one for me. Some people can't login, some have both Apocalypse and the ancient one active and some the system chose for them. Wrote a ticket and yet to hear back.
