Crossbones bugged?

Was just fighting a spider Gwen, she was evading when I had 6+ furies, bug or not? Each fury is supposed to reduce ability accuracy by 22%, including evade

Should be a bug, that's 100%+ defensive ability reduced.

Well I can tell you that from years of using crossbones as a war attacker he used to cancel evade and thorns with 5 furies, I'm seeing it happen from nightcrawler sometimes now and so I believe it to be a bug

He doesn't avoid evasion from evade buffs.
