Avengers Film, Cap tells Bruce he needs to get angry to take the beast down and he turns to Cap and says: That's My Secret Cap, I Am Always Angry.

Not sure if there is other easter eggs in solo objectives but i did find finger in the eye hiliarious lol

    I think they are all kind of a play on various phrases like that.
    There is a Captain America on that was labeled "Actually I think I will" which was a play on this scene;
