Mister Fantastic is Bugged

I recently took up my Mister Fantastic to r5 and was playing around with him against the UC Mister Sinister and I noticed that he’s not pausing all of his prefight debuffs when he lands a heavy attack. He’s only pausing the Petrify debuff. This really messes with his play style. I tested him against RoL Winter Soldier and same thing, he’s only pausing his petrify debuff and not the other prefight debuffs.
