Not enough iso to rank up Hulkbuster in Beta

I was trying to rank up Hulk buster to test out but I ran out of Iso on the beta server to max him out. I thought the initial package of iso was supposed to be enough to get him to rank 5. I didn't spend iso on any other champions. Any help would be appreciated
