Stuck on title page, no internet connection

in Bugs and Known Issues
Before there was a scheduled maintenance, it was working perfectly. But now, I'm stuck on the loading screen saying how I'm not connected to the internet when I am. I also restarted my iPad and quit the app several times. Is anyone else having the same problem??

    There are like 6 threads, 4 or 5 merged about it. They were started around 15 minutes before this one.
