Kabam fails to compensate for their loop bug issue

Many summoners where locked out of their accounts without any access. My account was over 36 hours. I missed two AQ's and therefore couldn't get rewards and kicked from my Alliance. I don't blame them, Kabam didn't send any updates, I had to create 2 tickets to get any responses, and it took over 30 hours to respond. They didn't even communicate the issue had been fixed. Their customer service on this issue was horrendous. This was not anyone's fault except Kabam. And they refused to compensate those that lost rewards. Shame on you.

    Hey there, we aren't able to send out one universal compensation package to everyone who experienced the issue in some capacity, as the factors that went in to play with the issue make it difficult to determine who was affected in what way. We are continuing to explore the situation though but haven't decided on a course of action at this time. We will let you know if there is a new solution in the future though.
