Considering that I’m on my path to uncollected (Bane is giving me a hard time).
All of them are 5* and unawakened!

    Spider-Man (Stark Enhanced)
    Stark Spidey is one of the best options for the act 5.2 boss (the hardest boss you'll face for a long time, and the last battle to get uncollected).
    In addition once ramped up he has crazy damage!
    He also is good for Bane since he has stun on sp1 which can help in the Bane transfer.

    Bwcv has more utility but less damage. She benefits a lot from the suicide mastery (which you probably don't have). Without them she is still pretty good but nowhere as great as stark Spidey.
