I can’t find this anywhere online so maybe someone can help me out....
NF and CMM have a synergy to increase fury potency by 20% for all champs
CAIW has a “passive” fury and not a buff on his heavy attacks. If they are all on a team together does he still get the fury boost from the synergy?

2nd of all you answered your own question a passive effect will not interact with things that target buffs unless specifically stated like in HT abilities so no it shouldn’t
