I can't get units

I entered the arena with 290 units. Got some units there, but I still with the same 290. Why???

    Sometimes I have had that happen, I just exit the game and open it again and it seems to fix it.

    I got 60 units today from arena crystal today, but they only only paid out 30. Something is wrong...
