A Black Panther has just been added to my roster, and I'm excited. He is my favorite character in the MCU. However, my question is, how high should I rank him up? Some people say he isn't too good but some do and I can't tell if they are trolls or not. So, save my resources or use em on my boy Black Panther. Thanks in advance for response.
