Buffet eats Namor's fury buff

Facing buffet She-Hulk in eq uncollected 3.1, Namor's sp3 fury buff didnt active. She-Hulk didnt go on cooldown, so I guess theres some sort of issue with buffet and passive buffs that still havent been fixed in 26.1.
Anyone experienced something similar?

    This is correct.. a duped she hulk reduces mutant ability accuracy during specials by up to 55% depending on sig level!, this likely was what stopped your fury activation!
