Uncollected exploration of monthly quest

I've just explored the monthly event quest of the uncollected difficulty but it said it was 97% completed. When I zoomed out to see what path I hadn't done, it showed that half of one of the paths was not completed. I am not sure if this is a recurring issue for summoners or if it is currently being addressed. Thank you.

    U need to contact support and ther wil tells u to go in to the quset then ther wil do the part for u but be aware ther wil use you’re energy alest that what ikow there’s done in the past but if u can redo it I’m with esay then do it yourself
