    Hey there, the Infection Passive that Warlock applies normally lasts 20 seconds, but is 6 seconds shorter for each unique Buff on the opponent. If the opponent has more than 4 unique Buffs, the Infection Passive wouldn't be able to apply.

    He's talking about heal block not power drain.
